Do they come on when you roll the dimmer switch all the way up? Do the interior lights come on?

The cargo lights aren't meant to come on when the door opens, they only come on when you rotate the dimmer switch all the way.

The other two bulbs that are broken are probably your high-mount brake light bulbs. They get overheated and break sometimes. Pull out the pieces and throw in some new bulbs.

Also, make sure that you don't have a leak there. If there is any moisture getting in there at all it will blow the bulbs like that. That is a common problem.

Nope. Only when you turn the dimmer switch all the way over.
