My leather seat on driver side stopped working last night. When I push the button it just flashes but does not heat up. I checked the manual, and it says thats the need service indicator. Has anyone else ran into this. I was hoping to get some kind of idea before I took it to the dealer. I would like to trouble shoot myself.

 

Had this problem on mine also and I took apart the seat and tracked down a broken connection on a what looks to be a diode. Soldered it back together and I was in business again. Good luck

 

Wow I just read your post and thought what a bummer to loose the heated seats inthe middle of winter. Sucks to be you. LOL Well last night my heated seat also went out on driver's side light just blinks. Now it's not so funny anymore.LOLWill have to look into this problem and will keep you posted if I find out anything
