I`m at wits end

1999 QC 2500. I have had electrical problems since the day I bought this jalopy. Seat belts will not unlock, stereo controls have never worked, Wipers only work on continuous, no intermitant function. Dome light has never worked.
I was told that I needed a new CTM... After replacing it with a new unit nothing changed. I then replaced the clock spring, again no change.

Does ayone have any ideas what might be causing these issues. I am at the end of my rope, I recieved a seat belt ticket because I got tired of having to disconnect the battery every two days.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I second the checking of the grounds. Check the body to frame connections and check the connectors/plugs for corrosion.

Actually, it sounds like you have a fault in a ground

Was the harness molested?
