How many cans for AC

On a totally discharged AC,how many cans or measurments of R134a is needed for a total recharge??

look on the a/c sticker under the hood tells you the oz you will need then check on the cans you are buying and add up what you need 16oz in a lb.
any where from 1.8 to 2.5 lbs.
