heated tow mirrors

Yes, those are the "heads" or mirror portion that you need. Then you'll need the base plate (part that bolts to the truck) and the arms from a 2nd gen and make one set out of the two.

I believe you need the power/heated heads from an 03-05 and the lower arms from an 98-02 2500. The 02 1500 were the new body(3rd gen) while the 02 2500/3500 were the 2nd gen. If I remember correctly the 06 and up have a different mirror head shape regarding the attachment at the arm.

ok well they say they go on 02-06 Ill buy them and hope they fit i cant find any that say they go on 03-05 thanks for the reply

I looked at an 07 yesterday and they are definitely different now. I can't really tell the diferences between the 03-06 models, but many I have seen seem to be the same as mine as far as the mirror head shape is concerned. Just the mounting bracket is different to accomodate the 3rd gen body. I am sending you the TDR page from a guy who did the conversion quite easily. I hope it works for you. Kurt
