Re:Heated mirrors

Yep, mine went out as well. Took it to the steeler and they replaced the entire unit, no charge. I was really suprised that it was covered...but then again, I quickly departed and did not look back. ;D ;D ;D
Big dawg

Big Dawg,
Just curious as to why, after the Dealership warranteed your replacement mirror at no charge, do you refer to them as the Steeler?

Ed

I see the Jack has tweaked the software a bit.

My point is, I agree that there are times when our encounters with the Dodge Franchise Organizations are,....shall we say less than acceptable. :

However, give credit where credit is due.
Don't bite the hand that feeds ya.

Re:Heated mirrors

Shovelhead,
I refer to them as Steelers due to a tranny that went out on my 2001 dodge durango at 38,000 miles. We only had the 3/36000 coverage. Sure it was my obiligation to buy an extended service plan, but I figured at the time I did not need it. They (the Steeler) would not even give me a second look when they told me that it was not covered and it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to have it replaced. So....that's why I call them a steeler. Nothing personnel, it's how they make there money.
Big dawg
