i made some fog light buckets in my bumper and installed some fog lights from summit, and while i was at it i also installed a block heater plug off a kenworth. i even put a factory fog light switch in.

like the kw heater plugin i have one from genos and the flaper does not stay shut and the pronge have croded now. nice job

That is one mean lookin bumper:o I like. And don't feel bad ripping r, the cover on mine does close and they are still starting to corrode. They are a nice addition, much cleaner look, rather thah having a plug hanging down... and much better than some of the Duramax's with the cord being too short, and they have to tie it off to the antenna

Nice! Sweet lookin bumper!

I wrapped mine with a few turns of electrical tape and it snugged it up a bit, rippin r.
That's a nice looking bumper and truck. |
Thanks for the compliments. the main reason i added the plug is this last winter the factory cover was froze to the plug. and i couldnt ever use my block heater with thawing the plug out first.
|
what did you have to do to make the factory fog light switch to work?
|
v:cool: bumper!
