key in switch lamp always on
trying to figure out why halo light around ignition switch is staying on. book says wires go to Time Delay Relay but can't find this relay. anyone know where it is, or if there is something else I should check. thanks in advance

Never heard of the relay but there is a timer module on top of the airbag module under the dash in the center.
When it goes bad your intermittent wipers and seat belt locks usually don't work either.
Module is over $100, dealer only.
If it's only the halo light that's acting up you can just unplug it by removing the steering column cover and disconnecting the two wire connector from the ignition switch.
This will also disable the forgot to take your key out chime also.
