Hi Guys, need a bit of help can anybody recommend a retailer in Orlando for 2001 3500 dually wheel bearings. I have a friend going to Orlanda in the next few weeks and he said he would pick me a set up as long as it wasnt to much hassle. So if any of you guys can help me out with an address or better still a www. this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Guys

Your front wheels have sealed wheel bearings. If you've removed them from the spindel, you'll need the axle nut as well to replace them. You can only use it once. 330ft/lbs needed to torque. Check that to be sure. If they look like they're leaking a little, thats normal.

The rear bearings are oil bathed from the rear fluid. Do you have leaky seals? at the outter axle point?

Anyway, the fronts can be had at most any dodge dealer and possibley at NAPA as mentioned above. Dodge want about 150 each. The rear bearings are available from most good bearing dealers and from Dodge.

I haven't done an 01, but on my 95 dually I found out the dually takes its own hub. The hub for a single rear wheel will not work. The pilot is different for the hub spacer. Quad 4x4 has them. check them out on line.
