I bought the truck a few months ago and I've noticed the passenger side carpet has been getting soaked. Pulled the carpet back around the fenderwell and got the garden hose out and started running water around the windshield and front fender area. I could see water running in. So I got my wife the run the hose while I got down on the floor of the truck to get a better view. Found a 1/2" hole in the kick panel near the firewall that someone must have drilled for an antenna wire of something. It was empty now and water was just pouring in. Plugged it up with a piece of plastic and some silicone.
I was pretty excited to get this fixed as it was driving me crazy. now I can order some new carpet.
