Fender well liners for 2nd generation
Fender well liners for 2nd generation
Does anyone know if the 2nd gen rear liners are still available and if so, where? Mine just busted,
and I cannot stand having something busted on my truck. Probably due to age, but I may have slung a stick up to hit it or something from the road.
Thanks
Chris

You can check the dealer, but personally I'm taking mine out when they finally crack. One less thing to keep stuff stuck up inside my wheel wells, which is a recipe for disaster over here in the salt belt.
The first time I went down a gravel road fast the rear bin liners "disappeared". The truck was new so I complained to the dealer and they gave me new ones. Before I installed them I took rubber belting about 8 inches wide and bolted it through the new bins in the area where the rocks would hit. That was in the fall of 2000 and the bins are still in perfect condition.
Thanks for the tips. I didn't know whether the part was still available or not. I did a search online and the only ones I find are the 02 and newer third gen liners.
Oh yea, the avatar. She is tuff isn't she?

LMC Truck has them
2008 winter catalog has them for $59.95 for fronts page 63 of catalog. Last time I was at their site they did not have a true on-line catalog but had a PDF you could download. They are in Lenexa, Kansas website lmctruck.com
Did not find the rears, but maybe I missed em

One thing too that I have started on mine liners is taking out those stupid xmas tree fasteners and using nuts and bolts with loch washers it will keep them in there better than them plastic things
