electrtical problems

A friend of mine has a problem with the electrical system. His buzzer on the key when it is not removed does not buzz but only clicks and the dome light comes on at the same time. Also the low beam on the left side does not work even tho the bulb has been replaced. All this happened at the same time. Any clue?
