dually pickup to flat bed?

Anyone take the bed off their dually and replace it with a flat bed?
Any pics? Is there a reason not to do this? It's a 94 reg. cab 4X4 dually pickup , Cummins, auto, that I'd love to make into a flatbed, just wondering if there is a down side to this.
Thanks

I put a flatbed on mine and i love it! But mine was a cab and chassis I took a utilty bed off of it. I would recommend a flat bed to any one.

Sorry I did a very poor job on my original post, what I'm wondering is there any difference between the frames on a pickup dually and a cab/chassis that would make the pickup not so desireable for a flatbed.
Like the fuel tank location and fill or anything else that might be a problem when installing a flatbed.

Only real difference is frame width and some times length. No real problems, Ive put flatbeds on both. No problems.
Look at my picts. I went from dually box to flatbed.
