Door hinge confusion

My door sags horribly on my 96 regular cab and is starting to crack my latch out. My plan is to rebuild the hinges and buy a reinforcement plate for the latch to limp this old beater a few more miles. Now here is where my confusion is, there are soooo many kits out there and they all display different amounts of parts. As far as I can tell there should be a pin for each hinge plus a third pin for the spring deal that holds the door open. I also think there needs to be 5 bushings, two for each hinge pin and one for the spring deal. Also, there are tapered and straight pin kits, mine appear to be straight? Can anybody shed some light on what I need to buy and which kits are correct?

I usually buy the kit with the 2 straight bolts and bushings at autozone, unless the hinge itself is worn out. (Bushings gone for too long.)
If it's worn I re-drill for a 10mm bolt and 10-12mm standard bushings. If you have an engine crane you can hang the door from it and remove just the hinges for a re-drill even without disconnecting the door wiring harness.
In the US you'd need to look for whatever kind of bolt and bushing dimensions are common and use that.

If your bushings are OK you won't need a reinforcement for the door latch, just weld the door skin and adjust the latch.

Once fixed...never start the engine or shut down the engine with the doors open. Thats why they sag...
