Does NAPA have the correct size brake line fittings?
Does NAPA have the correct size brake line fittings?
I'm redoing the whole brake system. Some of the lines twisted off when i was trying to take them out......mainly down where the lines bolt to the blocks on the frame under the master cylinder (near the rubber line). I tried getting the line out of the fittings, but they are seized and wont budge.
It seems like they are all 3/16" line BUT some are bigger fittings than others

They may, some might be adapters to bring it to std. SAE.
That being said, I had to reuse the original nut on the line from the proportioning valve down to the junction block.... none of the local stores had an adapter.

Just got back from Napa and they had some of the fittings I needed.
The only one they couldn't find was the fitting that is on the 1/4" line between the master cylinder and proportioning valve (the nut that goes into the prop. valve)
It's for 1/4" line and the thread is 3/8 - 24. No idea where to look for it now?
