Do your QC Doors Seals make noise going over bumps

My doors squeak when going over bumps that make the truck twist.
Seems like my cab twists and the doors move against each other. Is this
normal for these truck?

Yes, my doors touch at the top sometimes and chip the paint.

I spray my door seals with silicone spray every so often to keep them soft.
