I have to replace the CTM in my truck. (1999 QC, Has remote locks) I believe it is the Highline. I have been told that I cannot install this Module myself as the dealer needs to reset a few of its functions. Is this correct?

I have a really good Auto Electrical shop local to me, I would much prefer to have them do the work if possible. What do you guys recommend?
