Center consol lid????

My consoles lid is screwed up you have to push it to or three times to get it to open sometimes it wont open and most times it doesn’t want to close is there anyway to fix this or do I need to get a new center consol/lid?

Thats probably gonna be expensive from the dealer - at least it was for my Dakota.... Although you might be able to just purchase the latch if the rest of the lid is in good shape. Have you looked at the latch and see if anything is bent, not lined up properly? Maybe you could fix it yourself?

It might...they are pretty similar in design... let me check tomorrow, I got a 97, a 98 and a 99 now...just need more sig space for the 99. They are all 5-spds though, thank god for that.
