Question Caster/Camber adjustment?

Have the Silver Ghost in for an alignment. It pulls to the right. The local dealer's rack isn't big enough for the HD long bed 2500s so I took it to their recommended shop. According to the manager at the other shop, if the truck needs caster or camber adjustments, it can only be done with offset ball joints?????
It is something that he stocks jsut for this application.

Can someone enlighten me here?

Arrow Update

Well... Work is done. They called to say that they needed to replace the driver's side ball joint as the caster/camber was WAY off. Going to pick it up soon. Am expecting it to be MUCH better.
