A/C vents not working

A/C works fine, but it only blows out of the lower vents by your feet, no matter what position you have the selector on. Anybody ever had this problem before and a solution to this problem would be appreciated.

First make sure you don't have a vacuum leak by running the engine for a short time, let it sit for five minutes then disconnect any vacuum hose.
It should hiss, a leakless system will hold vacuum for hours if not days.

Yes. I had that problem except mine only blew out the defrost vent. As infidel said, mine was a vacuum leak.

If its DEF only you most likely have a vac leak. I think the most probable spot for leaks are at the supply line going through the firewall beside the heater hoses. trace this line under the hood and look for breaks/cracks.
