Best under hood light!

I was working at a junk yard today, and on my lunch break I was poking around and found a 86-88 GMC Jimmy, I noticed the light under the hood....

The switch under the good for the stock light on the Dodge has been bad for a while, and it didn't work too good anyways when it worked. The light from the jimmy is on a 20ft cord that you manually crank back into the light when done. And the lamp part has a magnetic base! Throws good light, has a switch right on it and is cheap! No more flash light needed. I'll snap a picture of it tomorrow, just thought I'd share.

Yeah, those corded chevy lights were great.

Mike's stuff is top notch, too.

The GMC lights are great for changing flat tires.

The mid-70s F650 self-retracting service lamp wasn't bad, either.
