Battery drain

Battery runs dead if I leave the fuse for the door locks in for a couple of days, pull the fuse & no dead battery, any idea weather its the lock switches or the locks ?

Switches don't draw current (unless they are lighted).
If the switch is stuck in the ON position, or the door lock actuator is shorted, it would draw current.
There may be a relay in the circuit as well, which could be stuck ON and drawing current.
Also, check the wiring diagram to be sure there is nothing else on that circuit.
There are many YouTube videos on how to find a parasitic draw, and you are already half way there if you know what circuit it is on.
You need an Ammeter.
You can quickly determine with your Ammeter if it is the passenger or driver side by disconnecting the wires between the door and cab.
There are many YouTube vids on how to repair door lock actuators as well.

A friend finally found his drain to be the glove box light not going out on his 24v.
After dark he saw the faint glimmer.

Both good advice up top. You can have a current draw in your trailer connector also. To avoid wasting time, get a multimeter and check out the videos sug't above...
