Anyone recovered ABS codes from a 1995?

Has anyone recovered ABS codes from a 95 Dodge cummins with RWAL only? Been chasing a problem for awhile and I believe it is ABS isolated problem. Haynes says to ground #13 black wire on a 16 wire connector but I cannot find such a diagnostic connector on my 95.

Have already checked the fuse, replaced speed sensor, checked the wiring all the way to the controller and have replaced fluid in the differential. Have also had the controller out of the truck and unplugged. The truck starts out with neither the ABS or brake light on but the ABS starts to engage at every stop, dumping pressure and making it hard to stop. Once the lights come bypassing the ABS the brakes work great.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

On your 95 you will find a small black two pin connector right below the "knee buster" panel under the steering wheel up from the e brake pedal. This two pin black connector has one blk/wht wire. When the abs light is on, key on, ground this wire and count the number of flashes from the abs light.

THanks J body. That did it. I've got one long followed by 8 short blinks. According to Haynes that is a dump output missing or valve wiring shorted to ground signal. Just have to track that down now.

Thanks!
