So I put dye in refrigerant and it leaked out charge in a couple of hours. However there are not signs of leak. Where could it be.

Most likely the evaporator is leaking. The foam pad on the bottom of evap housing will soak up most of the dye. If it is leaking out that fast try using a R134 leak detector sniffer at the vents or the drain tube should show signs of leak there.

It is much easier the second time, I have had to replace 2 evaporators now. Chrysler is bankrupt for a reasons, they make **** for vehicles.

I totally agree. This truck is one issue after another. LP,IP, tranny, track bar, dash, AC, and on and on and on. Everything else I have is honda and toyota. They run for years and years with no issues. Mu dodge truck is the worst vehicle I have ever owned, but it pulls great when its not being worked on

That is b/c they did not make the engine. That is the only reason I bought the thing. Look who makes the good parts - Dana, Cummins, New Venture, Mercedes, Denso, etc.
