I was wondering what is all needed to make my 94 Non-Sport truck fit a 99-01 Sport Front end?

I know I need the grille, bumper cover, reinforcement. What else do I need as far as brackets and such. And where is a good place to pick this stuff up?

 

I did the same thing......all the things you said plus the sport headlights to make the conversion complete. I did notice though, that either the frame horns are a little different or I am missing a key bracket, as the brackets that came with the sport bumper didn't match up with the holes in the frame at all. I fabbed them up anyway, but am missing something. The rear bumpers and covers are the same, short of possibly being chrome plated for the non-sport. I swapped on 98+ mirrors....both for the look and to get mirror heat. The plugs are different, but a quick splice and they work perfectly. Once you have mirror heat you won't go back....though you have to install a switch for it. Pull off you side moldings and chrome emblems, add the fog lights and presto....a 12 valve late 2nd gen sport.

BTW, still searching for the elusive good condition sport grill that isn't $10,000....hmmm
Also looking for good fitting stock appearance fog lights that also aren't $10,000
