98 Back door won t open!!!!!!

98 Back door won t open!!!!!!
Hi guys,
Is anyones evec end up with the back door stuck close I manage to get the inner door off cable is fine the 2 rod are fine to it look like the buttom lach is broken inside .So far so good I pinpoint the problem. Now my question is in order to change this latch I have to open the door so after 3 hour edited by admin around with bad result I am asking if anyones got a trick to open this door or to be able to put the lach off
Please help.

My boys truck had the right rear door stuck from the bottom latch rusted. Penetrating oil, tire spoon and getting a little rough with it, i finnaly got it open then took the latch out and kept working and spraying it till i got it good and free.

Exactly my problem but something look broken in the latch rod is moving but nothing happening 
. It s got to be a way to open it up.
