97 Pre-wired for fog lights?

Man I've looked high and low. Took dash trim off, ashtray, cup holder, even stereo out. Can't seem to find any wires for a fog light switch. I do have two separate connectors under the fan shroud in the engine compartment. I assumed these are for fog lights.

The drivers side connector has two wires blue or light blue, and the passenger side connector has two black wires.

I picked up a foglight switch (the one next to the overdrive on/off switch) at the boneyard for 5 bucks! Thought I would get the wal-mart fog lights I read about here. But, no luck finding wiring in the dash! Is it there? I really looked everywhere! What colors of wires? I thought I would be looking for light blue wires, and possibly orange and black as well?

If wiring is not there, anybody have any ideas how I can wire this up to incorporate the new (boneyard) factory switch? It has 5 terminals in the back of the switch. I'm guessing one is for ground, one is for night illumination of switch, one is for the little yellow "on" light indicator, and then two more for the relay?

Any ideas? Sure would be nice to get some supplimental lighting that looks factory. Thanks, Kevin

The factory foglite wires on my '95 terminated a little behind the dash head light switch in a connector. It would have gone to a relay you don't get the relay that would be there unless you have factory fogs.
I ended up not using the wires, they seemed too small. Was easier to run a small wire from the button next to the OD switch to trigger a relay by the battery, positive wire from the relay to the foglites with an inline fuse, chassis ground.
You will also have to have positive and a dimmer wire to the new switch, I just tapped into the ones that go to the OD off button.

Thanks Bill,
so do you know which pins do what on the back of the switch? Anybody have a pinout? I suppose a 12 volt source and a test light will give me the answer.

Thanks, Kevin
