47RH torque converter swap

Its up and running perfect, ended up pulling in the cross member with 2 pipe clamps getting it 3/4 way in and releaseing the clamps and it worked amazing. bumped it right in place with a rubber mallet. As for the converter... I still wish it was lower stall, on a empty truck I have a 17% paved hill near my house and the stock converter was at 1900RPM @30MPH in 3rd gear. The Goerend 900/400 low stall was still at 1600 RPM- I would have like to see much lower like my wife's chev tahoe crawls up it at 1,300 RPM in drive unlocked with the 4L60E. I will end this thread (that should be in the 12V drivetrain anyway ) and start a new one regarding the converater and RH trans. Thanks for all your help on this project. Joe
