MCummings! I like your side stacks! How big those were? 4"? Do you have any bad or good things to tell about those? |
They were 5" I don't have anything bad to say about them, besides one day I walked out of my house and looked at my truck and thought they were the ugliest things I had ever seen. Wierd. I had them on for several years.
They were pretty tall, got lots of attention, both good and bad. Nobody was "neutral" on the subject. They sounded great, and looked awesome rollin' coal! The down side was I had to run dual 3" pipe under the truck to get it routed where I wanted because of the limited space under the truck. Darn 2wd. I ended up selling the stacks and all the piping for $150. [duhhh] Merrick |
Hahaa.[laugh]
I actually don't know what to think about those. Maybe I'll just buy 6" Bull-Haulers on the inside of the bed...[coffee] Your truck looks very good now. |
Erska- Tough lookin' truck!!!! It just has a mean look to it, especially when next to those small European cars. It even dwarfs the white 3500 in the first pic.
|
Erska that truck looks mean. I like it a lot. I'll bet you get a lot of looks over there.
|
Thanks guys! Yes, it turns a lot of heads, allmost everybody stares it when I'll drive by.[laugh]
There are only two cons on that truck, otherwise it would be perfect. It gets a very poor mileage, usually 12-14mpg and the diesel costs 7.5 usd per gallon in here. And the second one is envious people. I really can't let it parked alone. When I parked it in our home town square for an 1½hour some wise guy kicked in to my dually fender and spitted in to the windows...[verymad] |
treehuggers ugh
|
But there's a bright side as well.
I got 2050 bucks from my insurance company when the inspector show that 8" crack on the fender. They calculated the painting, the labor and the fender. I just put some fiber kit behind the crack on the inside of the fender and it would be like a new one. And the money what I have left... Well... 6" Bull-Haulers are on their way here![guitar] |

Both wicked looking trucks. I especially like the lowrider, two wheel drive and reg cab short box. AWESOME. The dually looks just as wicked as ERSKA's |
