2000 Dodge 2500 diesel 5spd.
My friend offered to sell me his 2000 dodge 2500 2x4 with a 5-speed stick shift, ext. cab, long bed with a nice toolbox, rear pipe bumper, and a brushguard. It also has a k&n airfilter and a chip. He does regular fluid and filter changes on it and it has 160,000 miles. Does this sound like a good deal?

I got mine from a dodge dealer for around 11k...probably too much, but it sounds kinda like what you are looking at so that might give you something to go from
