Will a 05 bed bolt up to a 94 both are drw. thanks

I have a similar question... will the ' 05 bed ( same color & $ 150.00 ) bolt up w/o problems to my ' 99 ??????? Otherwise, I found a nice flatbed for 3 bills. Hmmm... what to do ?

The frames changed in '03 for the third gen. Good luck.
