Believe have to drain some coolant and removew rad hose. It has two dimples about half way down where it locks in position with rad shroud. Unlock with screwdriver and pull up.

It's easy enough to remove, but I have two trucks, and both started leaking around the grommet where washer pump assembly goes through into the reservoir. I think you can actually reach it from underneath pretty easily, without pulling the reservoir out. I replaced the grommet on one truck, only to have it start leaking again a month or so later. On the other truck, I drained it, then pulled the washer pump out, pulled the grommet, and filled the groove with RTV. I also slathered up the pump spigot with RTV before I pushed it back in. That one still isn't leaking, and it's been at least 6 months.

i had the reservoir develop a crack. I picked up one at the recycler, but before I picked it up I pull mine out scratched it up with some sand paper and JB welded it. I used some duct tape to hold the JB in place.

It looked so nice when I got done I put it back in to see if the weld would hold. It's still in place and the spare is still a spare! Pretty easy to fix no matter where the leak is, as others have posted.
