it may stand for seatbelt control timer module. depending on what year truck you own

What was the issue Bob that you were dealing with SCTM? I am having a major short to ground on the # 12 fuse bank system and I am just trying to eliminate everything that is on the system till I stumble upon the short. Thanks for the info!
