New shocks fixed admin's issues. It's something cheap to try that doesn't involve a ton of labor and the timing seems right plus it's something I NEVER would have thought of. Too bad dealer parts is closed today.

One guy said they replaced the whole axle and it didn't fix it. By process of elimination I'm fairly certain it's not related to the axle or drive shaft. This only leaves suspension and controls. I'm running out of cheap things to replace. A couple things I noticed, like the OP said, the vibe is worst at 65 mph, it gets worse when the front suspension compresses and it also goes away when I turn slightly to the passenger side. Maybe the track bar? So if the shocks don't fix it, I'll try a new track bar, then drag link and tie rod. If that doesn't do it, I'll have to sell it because I'm tired of throwing money and time at it.

i have replaced the shocks, steering stabilizer, track bar, all steering including the box and added a box brace, replaced all 6 tires had several alignments done, and rebuilt both driveshafts plus a new carrier bearing, and checked all mounts for engine and trans, so other then wheel bearings and ball joints i am out of things to try and it is around 50-65 mph feels more on the pass side

Ouch, that sucks brother. Doesn't bode well for me Maybe it's the unit bearing? Just throw more money at it

I take it you just live with it now? I really hate it. It's my get out of dodge with the camper truck and hearing that drone for hours puts me in a bad mood

I have a vib at 45-60, I think it maybe my rear U joint that only has 10k on it, I notices that only 2 of the cups are getting grease. Something to check.

I wouldn't let this stop you. No matter what, there will always be a percentage of trucks with issues so the odds of getting one are slim. Just be sure to take it for a nice long highway run before you plunk down the cash. Besides I don't know that shocks aren't the fix yet.

I replaced the passenger side hub assembly and the vibe is still there. In fact it seems to be getting worse.

Between TOM R and we have replaced everything except the control arm bushings. I'm getting really frustrated. I want to fix it!

The vibe does go away when I'm veering right on the away. I was thinking track bar, but TOM R replaced his and it didn't fix it so who knows.

I have thought the control arm bushings but mine seem tight with no signs of wear or damage, now my pass front tire leans hard at the top and is wearing the tire /, it has been to several alignment shops and their computer alignment machines all say "in spec" which has to be b.s. i used to do alignments, my buddies 2001 3/4 4x4 diesel has the same problem and his pass side tire leans hard at the top just in the opposite direction \, it is bad enough that it is noticable with the naked eye and we both have the "wandering" front end

i have also done all the u joints on the front and back drive shafts, and the carrier bearing with no change, front shocks, trac bar , steering box, box reinforcement, all tie rods and ends and pitman arm on the box, and the steering damper, all 6 tires got replaced new at the same time, had them balanced 2 times to be sure, none of this has fixed the vibration or the wandering steering

Try putting a couple ounces of friction modifier in the rear axle and see if it helps.

I have the same vibration at 65-70 mph done the carrier brg. and shocks replaced the tires and wheels, the rest of the truck is tight. I was thinking of adding a shim on the carrier brg to lower it about 1/4 in see if that helps as it seems to do it less when loaded.
