Unknown Problem

Truck is an '02, 4WD, with an automatic. Only mod is an Edge EZ. Nothing else aftermarket other than a BHAF. Here's the problem - coolant and oil is mixed - evidenced by the radiator and the coolant fill bottle. However, neither the head nor the block is cracked. The headgasket is good. What else/where else can these fluids mix that could allow the problem? Thanks.

i believe there is an oil cooler mounted where the oil filter housing attaches to the block. it's been a while so bear with me but i think there is a cover plate and gasket that exposes the cooler. the antifreeze exchanges heat with the engine oil there and if memory serves they leak from time to time.

what about your oil? are you getting a milkshake in the oil too, or just the coolant?
