It would also be helpful if you filled your signature as to model year etc of your truck.
Another possibility would be that the fluid is too cold- simple check- restart the truck when the engine and trans are at operating temp, idle in N for a minute and test again.

As you may have seen in this thread- always replace sensor plus solenoid.
I would also like to ask you to do me a favor: Since English is not my mother tongue I really need you to take care to write in an understandable fashion, like spelling words correctly so I can look them up.

Hi i just replaced sensor and selenoide and it worked for about 30 miles (all good) but It starts to do it again....😞 stays in second gear never go down to first gear everything else is good

I was having a shifting problem on my truck and found out it was a broken wire between the computer and the trans. Just something else to check. Hope you solve the problem asap.
