thermostat

What thermostat would be best to run in my truck. It is used mostly for towing a TT. Since I live in the south we do not see very low temps and not for a long period of time. Genos has a 180 and a 190 listed and book does not give a temp for the thermostat.

Thanks in advance
Sam

190 is stock, gives you better efficiency than the 180.
