Brakes still not working

I replaced the brake booster in my 2000 turbo diesel. Now imediatly after starting the brake petel sucks to the floor and stays there even after I turn it off. What to do now any answers or suggestion would be appreciated

Buy a factory service manual for $30. And read how to properly replace and bleed your hydroboost, would be a good start.

Sounds like there's something not right with the hydroboost unit. Either you caused air to enter the hydroboost system by likely pumping the brake pedal at some point during your brake replacement or the unit has failed. I would suggest jacking the front axle off the ground so both tires are free to spin and turn lock to lock, check the PS fluid level and condition. Make sure its at least full to the correct level. Start the engine and without touching the brake pedal, turn the steering wheel left and right lock to lock about 5 times. Then turn the engine off and check the PS fluid level again. If its full of air bubbles then its likely that there was air in there and you just pumped it out. If so, let the engine sit for an hour or so to let the air escape. Then repeat the procedure again and after turning the steering wheel lock to lock, check the brake pedal firmness.

The other part to check after KATOOM's primary check would be if the hydroboost unit has the correct rod length adjustment.
And also check if the brakes without hydroboost operate properly. In some cases the pushrod from the brake pedal to the hydrobooss unit is too long and always applies the brake, any air or weak part in the brake gives less backpressure and the system does what you describe.
