Smoking, Rough Idling, Missing

2001 24 Valve, 220,000 Miles. My truck suddnely began idiling rough and putting out black smoke. Put some additive in it and filled up and about 5 minutes later started knocking, running real rough, and lots of white smoke. Replaced # 2 and 3 injectors which helped a lot, but still puts out some white smoke and smells like fuel. Also had some fuel under the valve cover, going to change the oil shortly. ANy other ideas to try or more injectors going out? Injector and lift pumps have been replaced. Thanks in advance.

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Check for codes. Have all injectors been replaced??? Next sounds like VP44 may be going.

It's not throwing any codes. Only two so far, but it's idling a little better, still smoking. I replaced it about a year and a half ago. There is place here in town that carries and rebuilds pumps, turbos, etc and carries injectors. He said in their experience that the injectors start going at 200,000 miles. I've got 220 and started wondering if maybe they all are starting to go.
