Rebuilt transmission issues-how to handle situation
i had my transmission rebuilt about 8k miles ago and have had problems with it from the beginning. I have taken it back under warranty 4 times for various issues related to staying in higher gear, overheating (280F), hard slamming shifting, etc. different sensors and solenoids have been replaced without any luck.
my warranty ends in about 250 miles. I’m not sure what to do. It’s in the shop again now but I’m afraid it’s going to be the same thing when I get it back.
Does this stand a and a chance in court for a refund of some sort? I paid $2700 for the work.

If possible get a refund, and get it done by someone who knows what he's doing.
To me this sounds like they messed up the valvebody (at least) and maybe also the install went wrong and the cooler lines are kinked or plugged.

Small claims court. Bring all your receipts.
