We finally got my transmission fixed, NV5600. Put the input shaft in and some of the bearings that had to be removed for the other repairs. After getting everything back together last night we took the truck off the lift, cranked it, and tried to put it in gear. It seems the clutch is not disengaging. The pedal pressure is about a quarter what it was before all this happened. We also put in new clutch disk and throw out bearing. The pressure plate moves a lil bit but not enough to disengage. Trying to figure out where to put my money on this, already got enough into the repairs and now need something else. What are your thoughts, throw another upgrade hydraulic on and hope that fixes it or is there something else I should try first?

Did you open up the hydraulic line to the slave cylinder? If so good luck getting the air out, takes about 200 pumps of the pedal to get it out. Also might want to make sure the fork is sitting on the pivot ball, easy for it to fall off during assembly.

Could be something simple. I had a clutch lock up when a cushion spring from the hub got displaced.

Good idea there. Different tranny on my 97, but the fork was a PITA trying to get it to go through without coming off the ball.

The hydraulics were not messed with at all. They were left on the truck while the trans was out. The fork being on the ball, it appears to still be, can push the fork back and forth with my hand through the slave cylinder hole. All we can really figure on is when the input broke, it ovaled the front cover, and had the throw out bearing stuck and when I tried to push the pedal when it broke it messed up something in the hydraulics. We pumped the clutch petal for an hour and nothing changed, then took it all apart, checked it and put back together pumped it for a while and still nothing. Any other suggestions, probably going to order a hydraulics for it.

Installed hydraulics on it today and still won't disengage. I am lost on this one, seems they were the problem but guess not. Also found metal pieces in the old slave cylinder, so kinda figured it was messed up, guess we were wrong. What to try next?

On my stock car, one night at the track, I had to fix the clutch. In my hurry, the disc ended going in backwards. This caused the opposite Problem to yours, clutch slipped. Just wondering, could this be a possible issue with your truck?

The clutch does not appear to be slipping. After putting the trans back in and trying it, we fired it up in 1st gear in 4 lo and it pushed the brakes with no problems. Drove it home that night, cause it was the only way to get home, and it pulled fine in every gear. I called Haisley about it, but haven't heard back from them, I hope to get this figured out soon, nearly a month and half without my truck!!
