oil leak?

oil leak?
I have a 98 24 valve in the garage, the underneath is covered in oil, I cleaned it up and tried to find the leak but can't find where it is coming from, could it be from the breather tube? It's not leaving a puddle just a couple drips from the lowest hanging spots. Any idea where to look?

Yupe the breather tube. Mine had dirt and crud all over the front. The bottle was missing and that tube drips oil when the engine is on. I fixed it by getting a splicer and a piece of 5/8 heater hose and dropped it a little lower so it clears eveything. I zip tied it to the transmission coolant line. It has been 2 months and it is still clean. Bingo

Breather tube is also a posibility... There is a lot of people extending straight down on the tube. On hard braking or steep descents it will still dump oil out... You might want to look at my signature breather tube link. Only cost $7 - $8 bucks to build and it will never blow oil... It might drool a little...But that's normal!
