Are the bleeder screws at the top of the Calipers?

Sounds basic, but if they aren't at the highest point you will never get the air out.

Can you pump the pedal and build pressure?

What are you driving? Knowing what you have, and how old it is, helps out.
If the truck has high mileage, it is work $18 a side to replace the flexible brake lines. They collapse internally, and perhaps you have pushed some debris back into the line, clogging things. Probably not, but it is still a good idea to replace them. When they collapse, they won't allow the fluid to return and take the pressure off the piston.

Ok sorry I forgot the details of the truck before. I have a 2000 CTD 2500 sport ext cab 4wd. It has 200K on it and I just replaced pads and calipers on front. I tried bleeding all 4 corners after having no pressure in the pedal. I believe that the mentioned flexible brake lines are the issue. I will be replacing these as soon as I return from my trip. I was hoping to be driving my Dodge on this trip. oh well. Any other ideas or known issues that I should be aware of?

When you bled the brakes, did you start with the wheel fartherest from the master, and work to the closest? If not, you could have introduced more air to the system.

Might have a bypassing master cylinder also. If calipers were seized up most likely had contamination or rust in system. Replace master and flush out brake system with new brake fluid.

Do you have the calipers on the correct side? I worked on an Ambulance once that lost brakes after a repair job. They swapped the calipers from side to side because they looked the same. They are not. Get them on the wrong side and there will be an air bubble you can't get out. With that air bubble you won't have much brake pedal, if any.

That's right- the bleeder screws need to be at the top.

There really isn't a better brand than another, so long as they are properly rebuilt.
