new fass 150 pump in!

new fass 150 pump in!
just replaced my stock lift pump with a in tank fass 150. my truck already had a chip in it. a edge with 3 settings. my question is. if i set it to high will it blow my stock clutch? or should i be fine. next is south bend clutch

There is no such item as a FASS "in-tank" pump. But to answer your question, how long your clutch will last will be determined by the amount of power you're making, your driving habits, and the weight of whatever you're towing.
The stock clutch on the SO motors is good to about 80 hp over stock and the HO clutch can handle about 65 hp over stock before slipping.

Yeah, you have the HO, and the Dana 80 rear end.
As for the clutch, it depends how you drive it. Standing on the go-pedal with your edge set on hi will dramatically shorten a stock clutches life. If you are hard on the clutch you can kill a South Bend also.
Towing is another issue altogether. The harder you play, the harder you pay.
