For the second time in a week, went to take off and truck would only idle, push down more on go pedal and truck took off and ran ok. What could cause this?

Fuel Pressure is:

idle: 14-15

Cruise@65: 11

WOT 6-7

APPS. go pedal position sensor. Start saving your $. $480+ from dealer.
Try the reset method up in tech, it may help for a little while

Try a APPS reset prior to spending any money. Are there any codes?

 

Thanks guys. Just pulled codes and got the dreaded 216. What is with these injection pumps? Dealer replaced the first one at about 4500 miles, now have almost 67000 miles and another one goes?

So, it is off to the dealer Monday.

 

At least your still under warranty.
