Low voltage?

Low voltage?
My 1998.5 running an edge cts is tripping the following codes
P0522
P0237
P1488
P1693
P0177
They all read as low voltage. Last time the truck did this I cleaned up the battery terminals and it fixed the problem. This time the terminals are clean and tight, the edge cts will reset the codes but they trip right away again. Battery voltages are good, both above 13, alternator seems to be charging . The water in fuel light is on and the oil pressure drops to zero and will come on and off...
Anyone have any ideas???
