323,xxx miles on mine.
Similar story on fuel additive as others, currently using Howes because I got a ton of it super cheap; did 2-stroke oil for awhile, power-service at times too.
I am religious about using some at every fill-up.
I have been running a hypertech programmer on it, but juts leave at level 1; mostly just wanted to correct the odometer and speedo.
There have been a couple times I thought mine was going out due to throwing codes or the hard-start-hot issue. The codes and electrical issues all got resolved by making sure all my relays were making good contact; I had to tweak the tang on the fuel pump relay so it has a little more bite in the socket to get a good electrical signal.
I fixed the hard-start-hot with a computer update at a dealer.
So, if you think yours is going out, do your research on here and check that fuse/relay panel real good before you plunk down $$$

355,000 miles and my original just died. Running perfect, then died. Ran it out of fuel just about 1800 miles ago due to fuel tank sending unit going out, could have something to do with it. Have had a FASS system since 85,000 miles. Always 16 to 18 PSI charge pressure. Ran additive when new but not in the last 250k miles. Found it dropped my mileage, both with the Power Service and Howes. Calling Blue Chip for a replacement now.

My stocker went to 172,000 miles, ran Power Service since 42,000 when I bought 'er. New Blue Chip getting it too.....went thru the in tank conversion after lp went out around 75,000 and then went to FASS after warranty expired...running 18 psi fuel pressure thru Baldwin fuel filter.

This is me chiming in. I started this thread almost near 20 years ago..I had a vp44 replaced under warranty. And my friend was having problems with his. I have ran lucas (1st few years) and then Stanadyne in it ever since. I am now at 330k miles. Same VP44. I RELIGIOUSLY put stanadyne in every tank. I just read on an old chatboard that someone (I think it was an old 7.3 ford?) had went a zillion miles and had atributed it all to putting all his used motor oil in his fuel tank. I've often wondered if that should be done. But nobody has chimed in. I hate to recycle oil if it can be used in the fuel tank. My truck is now fine except I am trying to track town a possible low boost problem.

One problem that can arise from running WMO in your tank. If you ever get "dipped" by the DOT and you are running anything in your tank other than taxed on road fuel, things can get expensive.
IIRC, Cummins used to spec that you could run up to 5% WMO in you fuel.
If you were to run WMO in your fuel I would filter it very well first.
I just posted on the 1st gen section about using a boost leak tester on my "Saving a 91.0 W250" thread, to test for leaks in the system.
