I was checking my truck out this afternoon and checks the intercooler boots and the clamps seemed to have a lot of slack, I was able to tighten all of them quite a bit yet they weren't loose enough to slide the clamps around, would that cause air to slip by causing blow by and lack of turbo boost? I can only make 12 psi of boost. I also cleaned the IAT sensor.

 

Check to see if there's any holes in the boots the rub on the inner fenders and get holes in them. Bend the inner fender away so they don't rub.
