I think i might have an APPS problem not sure?

When Im either cursing along or pulling away from a stop. My truck doesn't pick up rpms but only just the slightest bit. Im talking maybe a hundred or so. The only way I can get it to accelerate is by, let up completely an smashing it to the floor. Then its like "oh okay time to goo!" . But if you feather it like normal driving or just keeping pace up a grade or changing lanes to pass someone. When feathering into it you can move the pedal up an down with no rpm gain or loss. I have great fuel pressure the truck never looses rpms either. weird right? Could it be Throttle sensor is going out? Mind you it only does it at random. Like today Im on the highway some genius cuts off a semi he comes into my lane. I down getting ready to haul A$$ to get out of the way.... I got nothing! So i had to hurry up let then mass it then it took off! This started to act up about a two weeks ago or so.

Turn the key on, off, on, off, and on for the third time. Do not start. Codes will show up in the odometer. P0216 is most likely what you will see. Sounds like dead pedal to me. That is exactly how mine was acting when the IP went out.

P0216 (M) Fuel Injection Pump Timing Failure High fuel supply restriction, low fuel pressure or possible
wrong or incorrectly installed pump keyway.

Prolly do to my chip maybe not sure?

P0500 (M) No Vehicle Speed Sensor Signal No vehicle speed sensor signal detected during road load
conditions.

My speedo works? Lol don't know why it has a code.

P1693 (M) DTC Detected in PCM/ECM or DTC
Detected in ECM
A 9Companion DTC9 was set in both the ECM and PCM.

Have no idea what that means?

I'm having a similar problem, and it only does it every once in a while, but it's not showing any codes? Any one got any ideas? I readjusted my APPS a while back and have had no problems up until now. Before when I had to adjust it, the C.E. lite came on, I hooked the Modis up to it and it said the APPS, but nothing this time.

It almost seems like I'm not building boost because it seems like it wants to throttle up, but doesn't have the power to. I checked all my intercooler tubes, but you would think if I blew a hose it would do it all the time
