I have the setup un my sig and have been very pleased with it . I use mine mostly for pulling the camper and occasionally my tractor. My pressure normally runs 18-20 on the road and no less than 10 at wot

You dont need to see a picture of the fuel module because you'll understand what you're looking at the second you see it. Its not complex at all. From the sounds of your posts, I'm betting you have either so much crap in your tank that its plugging the modules filter screen or you have a damaged module screen.

Well, I do have 215K miles of fuel that's seen the tank, I suppose something might have settled after roughly 12, 647.05 gallons of diesel...

Have you ever run bio? Not saying that its definitely the case but I have heard that sometimes bio can have more water which can cause algae. Could be a long shot. Or maybe your fuel stations are in need of new tanks.

I think that is possible! No bio-fuel. I ran about 50 miles today with no pressure fluctuations. I hope to get the truck low enough on fuel to get that tank dropped by Wednesday to see what's UP! Or should I say down?!

In my other thread a guy mentioned that he ran a water seperator pre-lift pump and that reminded me of when I used to run diesel compressors at work years ago. We always had water separators on them too... maybe I'll try that soon....

Before you drop the tank re-check the voltage entering the lift pump by quick starting the ignition but not starting the rig so power is activated for the lift pump. during this time manipulate the wires up down back and forth.... you may have a break in the wiring harness that loses electrical connection randomly..causing a voltage bounce from 0-12v ...I found a break at the connection on the ground side...this after dropping the tank and replacing lift pumps. Now I have an extra lift pump and messing with the tank caused my fuel gauge to be off by an 1/8 tank. If this is the problems you can buy new elctrical connectors that fit you lift pump on jegs.
